SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

I love Loretta, and love the way she makes us work really, really hard. I leave feeling much better than when I walked in.

I like the small group format where I still get individual attention like I do in one-on-one personal training. It’s an awesome work out, and it’s different. Every week I come, the routine is different. We never do the same thing twice.

The best thing is how Loretta mixes the work out up, and we don’t do the same routine every week. Plus, she really pushes us to do our best.

I love Group Training. It’s really different from what I have done before. It is much more than regular cardio or jazzercise as it incorporates weight and circuit training.








ZUMBA

I actually love Zumba! I have been trying for many years to find some sort of exercise program that I would stick with instead of signing up for a gym and not going, but having to pay for it for 2 years. This is the most fun and exciting exercise I have ever participated in. Everyone has a great time each week. We laugh. We dance. It’s really a marvelous experience.

I love Zumba because it is fun, and it really exercises me and gets my heart rate going. I have always wanted to try Zumba, but was too intimated to try it at other places. I ended up gathering my friends to join me, and am now able to do Zumba here at Personally Fit in an environment that makes me feel comfortable. It’s great, and I will never stop doing Zumba!

I like Zumba because it is high energy, and I like the dance moves. It has given me more confidence to learn that I am actually coordinated enough to do to do this. I look forward to coming each week, and enjoy the company of friends in the class. Our instructor is a lot of fun, and she stops and shows you the moves when needed. It is starting to make some changes in my body, and starting to really pay off.
