Group Fitness Training Schedule

Would You Love to Work Out With a Personal Trainer in a Small Group Format?

Then our Group Personal Training is for you! We specialize in personal training that is focused on each individual client in a small group setting. This includes, cardio, weights, plyometrics and more. Each series is limited to 10 participants to ensure “personal” attention.

Strength, Cardio & Abs

This class combines weight training, aerobic and abdominal conditioning. The small group format gives you individualized personal training guidance during your workout and according to your fitness level. Heart rate monitors are required.
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 pm

Cardio

This class combines a broad variety of aerobic exercise including biking, running, walking uphill and drills, plus 10 minutes of abdominal conditioning. The small group format gives you individualized personal training guidance during your workout and according to your fitness level. Heart rate monitors are required.
Tuesdays 9:00, Thursdays 10:00 am, & Saturdays 9:00 am
