Group Fitness Training Schedule

WOULD YOU LOVE TO WORKOUT WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER IN A SMALL GROUP FORMAT?

Then our Group Personal Training is for you! We specialize in personal training that is focused on each individual client in a small group setting. This includes, cardio, weights, plyometrics and more. We also offer Zumba® and Yoga!! Each series is limited to 10 participants to ensure “personal” attention.


STRENGTH, CARDIO & ABS

This class combines weight training, aerobic and abdominal conditioning. The small group format gives you individualized personal training guidance during your workout and according to your fitness level. Heart rate monitors are required.
Monday & Wednesdays 7:30 pm

CARDIO
This class combines a broad variety of aerobic exercise including biking, running, walking uphill and drills, plus 10 minutes of abdominal conditioning. The small group format gives you individualized personal training guidance during your workout and according to your fitness level. Heart rate monitors are required.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00 am

ZUMBA® (Latin Cardio Dance)
Zumba® is a new fitness craze that fuses hypnotic Latin/World rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun, high-spirited fitness program. This class actually teaches you the moves, unlike some others where you just follow the instructor. The goal is to get you to have fun and to love working out. You do not need to have any previous experience. Be prepared to sweat…. so bring a towel & water to drink.
Tuesdays at 6:00, Fridays at 1:30 pm

YOGA
Yoga combines breathing exercises with a cardiovascular workout to develop strength and flexibility. Practice begins with Pranayama, or breathing exercises, followed by gentle active poses, standing sequence, balancing poses, and then seated poses. As in all yoga classes, relaxation, or savasana, ends the class. Individual attention will be made towards modifications, posturing and positioning by the instructor. Yoga builds strength, endurance and a strong focus.
Tuesdays at 7:30 pm, Fridays at 12:00 pm

$120 PER 6 WEEK Strength/Cardio/Abs & Cardio SERIES *Drop-ins $25 per session
$108 PER 6 WEEK YOGA & ZUMBA SERIES *Drop-ins $18 per session

All Series are subject to cancellation or price increase if less than 5 participants.
