Personal Training

At Personally Fit, we know your body, fitness level, and goals are as unique as you are. Our customized programs are available in individual, partner, or small group format. We welcome everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. All programs are designed to fit your individual needs, and can accommodate interests in:

Small Group Training

If you are interested in cardio/calorie burning workouts or are on a budget, consider our Small Group Series. This series requires you to have basic fitness fundamentals and experience, good balance, and coordination. Each Series consists of one session per week on the same day and time for six weeks. Participation is limited to 6-8 people in order to give you individual attention and personal training in an affordable format. You may purchase multiple series at a time. Individuals

Recommended if you are new to working out, or at a more advanced level and want to receive maximum personal attention, challenge, and results. Packages include 12 sessions. We recommend you workout at least 2 sessions per week, or 3 sessions per week, if possible, to maximize benefits and progress. Hour and half-hour sessions are available.

Partners

If you have a friend, spouse, or family member at a similar fitness level as yourself and would enjoy working out together, or, if you would like to save money, consider working out with a Partner. If you don’t have a Partner, we can help match you up with one. Packages start at 12 sessions. We recommend you workout at least 2 sessions per week, or 3 sessions per week, if possible, to maximize benefits and progress. Hour and half-hour sessions are available.

Seniors

Are you an active senior or want to become more active, look and feel your best, and slow down the aging process? As we age without regular exercise, our bodies lose strength, balance, and coordination. This does not need to happen! We have programs for all levels starting with Balance, Strength & Coordination training up to intermediate and advanced fitness training. Hour and half-hour sessions are available.

Special Needs/Post-Rehab

Are you recovering from a injury, illness, heart attack, stroke, or muscle deterioration due to lack of use, and have your doctor’s approval to start exercising to build back your strength and stamina? In partnership with your doctor or physical therapist, we can design a safe and effective program to speed up your recovery process and reduce the risk of further injury. Hour and half-hour sessions are available.

Pre/Post Natal

Are you pregnant or a new mom? Do you want to stay in shape and avoid excessive weight gain during your pregnancy, or get back into shape following your delivery? With your doctor’s approval, we can help you accomplish your goals. Hour and half-hour sessions are available.
