Buzz has Type 2 Diabetes, and, 10 years ago, was not taking the best care of himself. Eventually, being around his wife Loretta and seeing her practice what she preached to her clients, he was inspired to change his life style and jumped on the fitness wagon too! In 2000, he started following Loretta’s program of regular workouts and eating a healthy diet, and in one year he lost 100 pounds and virtually reversed many of his diabetic symptoms. Managing Diabetes is a life long challenge, and he has had to find creative ways to exercise while dealing with severe pain due to neuropathy. Buzz became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2000 and has a special talent for training clients with diabetes and stroke victims.
